 “Vietnamese coffee has been around in the Philippines for some time, but it is just now gaining popularity,” Jen Sta. Ana told Tuoi Tre News . “Vietnamese coffee is known in the Philippines for its strong and bold flavor, plus preparing and serving Vietnamese coffee are very esthetic.” Aside from her job as a registered nurse, Sta. Vietnam impresses visitors at cultural festival in Egypt

The Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt shows many documents, books and photos on culture, history, land and people of Vietnam, especially its outstanding achievements after nearly 40 years of Doi Moi (renewal). Besides books on tourism introducing attractive destinations and unique features of regions, there also are magazines, photos, maps and documents and documentary screenings on Vietnam and the country’s specialities of fried spring rolls and coffee. The event is party of a series of activities to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Egypt (1963-2023). The Sakia Exhibition for Cultural Services is held annually and allows countries to exchange cultural activities and boost solidarity and mutual understanding. Vietnamese designer introduces latest collection in Milan

The collection is named MIRAGE and draws inspiration from the culture and landscapes of the Northwest region, especially from the renowned work “Vo chong A Phu” (Husband and Wife A Phu) by Vietnamese writer To Hoai. The designer said that he has made use of materials such as wool, silk, cotton, brocade, and denim for his collection, with it taking him four months to complete the project. This marks the fourth time that Hoang has participated in international fashion events. Previously, he attended Afro Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer. Hoang was born in 2000 in Nghe An province. After showing an exceptional talent for drawing and a passion for fashion, he received a scholarship to study at Milan’s Nouva Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA), where he majored in fashion design. The national workshop, due to take place on February 27, will bring together managers, scientists, and practitioners of culture and art who will examine the historical significance, great value, and influence of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture over the past 80 years. Delegates will propose solutions to effectively promote the value of the document for the purpose of cultural and human development in order to meet the country’s requirements for sustainable development.
